If you come from the Christian tradition, you have likely heard Proverbs 13:22 at some time in your life: “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children . . .” But what does that mean? A good man has to leave money to his grandkids? 

Certainly not. Financial wealth is one way to leave an inheritance, but thinking only in terms of money misses the point. Leaving a legacy involves passing on values, character, and positive influences to future generations, rather than just wealth or material possessions.
